At Jimmy John's, we don't make sandwiches. We make The Sandwich of SandwichesSM. We use fresh vegetables because we don't hate salads, we just feel bad for them. We hand-slice our provolone cheese and meats in-house every day, because packaged pre-sliced meats doesn't have the same ring to it. Ordered a beach club it’s is supposed to come with avocado spread didn’t get that. Then I called to let them know hey I didn’t get what I asked for tho the team lead was nice it should not be overly complicated to get my sandwich replaced since your employees just didn’t put it on there. Also some of the turkey on my sandwich was dried out and almost hard as well as some of the bread being rock hard. I was really looking forward to this sandwich. It’s sad that you can’t get what you paid to asked for

JJ sandwiches are great but when I faced an issue with a pasta and the manager reached out immediately and took care of me during my following visit.
Make great sandwich.
I don't think the tall white guy likes to wait on black people he was so rude. I will never go to this location again
