Very impressive! The employees were friendly! Cleaning because it was a down moment and the supervisor was very attentive and working with her people!
This location is the slowest Jimmy John’s we’ve ever been to. We waited in the drive through for 15 minutes for just two sandwiches and unfortunately had to leave without our sandwiches because we were on a time crunch.
We've been eating at JJ's for over 20 years and have always preferred them over other sub shops. This location used to be good but has gone downhill. Orders are frequently incorrect, and they do not read special instructions, such as cutting the sandwiches or labeling with names. Last time, the bread was very clearly at least a few days old. Customer service has fallen off as well - definitely not freaky fast! Wish they would get it back together.
Food was horrible all the staff looked annoyed
Gave me all brown lettuce and cucumbers instead of pickles this is the second time at this location.
