First time eating at sheldon iowa jimmy John's, the service and food suck, the person taking orders, screwed ours up, 1 sub was atleast 2 inches shorter than the other one, the guy that couldn't see a difference, jimmy johns is a poor excuse for a restaurant chain
Jimmy John's in Sheldon has REALLY dropped the ball these last few years. They constantly mess up items on my orders and now today, my order was our for delivery for 32 minutes and then was marked delivered, but I never received it. There is no other address the same as mine in town. The driver was just being lazy because there's construction near me. Highly recommend spending your money at a better establishment than this poorly run dumpster fire.

We've been eating at JJ's for over 20 years and have always preferred them over other sub shops. This location used to be good but has gone downhill. Orders are frequently incorrect, and they do not read special instructions, such as cutting the sandwiches or labeling with names. Last time, the bread was very clearly at least a few days old. Customer service has fallen off as well - definitely not freaky fast! Wish they would get it back together. Update: still sucks. Ordered the new gyro and the lettuce is brown. Hardly any... read more
