We've been eating at JJ's for over 20 years and have always preferred them over other sub shops. This location used to be good but has gone downhill. Orders are frequently incorrect, and they do not read special instructions, such as cutting the sandwiches or labeling with names. Last time, the bread was very clearly at least a few days old. I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies. Was distracted gave the guy a 20. He gave me back three 5's and a dime. I asked " Did you just charge 5.00 for two cookies?". He said yay . . . Sorry. Two chocolate chip cookies for $4.90 is rediculous. Gouging the customer doesn't build sales.
Amazing customer service. Food was great and was done very fast. Definitely recommend!
