orderd a chicken bacon ranch. sub had ZERO ranch on it.
Staff is usually rude, even when the drive thru isn’t busy. The times we have ordered the subs weren’t very good, they rush, and don’t double check the orders.
First the cookie I wanted was out. Then they delivered my order and forgot part of it. I called and they said they’d sent it out. It’s been 45 minutes and still no delivery. Very frustrating. It’s the principle behind it. I paid for it. It’s on the order and I didn’t get it. I want what I paid for. This is not the first time they have screwed up my order.
Very impressive! The employees were friendly! Cleaning because it was a down moment and the supervisor was very attentive and working with her people!
