Worst Jimmy John's ever! They messed up my sandwich and owner refused to reach out to resolve issue.
I came with my SIL and our 5 kids ranging from 1 yo to 10 yo. The music was SO insanely loud that our kids were losing their minds, fussing and grabbing/pushing because they couldnt hear each other speaking, etc. Asked the staff to lower it, but they wouldn't. We spent $50 to be frazzled and stressed out, so we're not going back. In this economy, a $50 lunch on a playdate should be fun and enjoyable. Seriously, just lower it for 15 minutes, even? Don't bother stopping in there if you want to leave with your ear drums in tact. The music is so loud, nobody can have a conversation. Then, when asked to turn it down a little, all you get is a snarky "Loud and proud" answer. That female manager should be demoted or fired. Horrible customer service.
Terrible customer service louder then all get out asked to turn down musics and said nope we are loud and proud.
