I’ve been to other Jimmy Hula locations but, this one hit different. The service, staff, location and food made this Jimmy Hula’s stand out from other restaurants. The current star rating does not truly reflect what I experienced. My wife even noticed on how well the management staff interacted with their employees. Take care of your employees and they’ll take care of your business. I’ve never been to big on this restaurant chain but, this location has made it into my top 5. Keep up the work!!!!
Awful! Should have known when it was DEAD on a Friday night. My daughters food came out fast. Our food took forever. She was done eating and sat there for 30 minutes waiting for us to get our food. I had to send my chicken tacos back because they were freezing cold. The girl that worked there was nice, you could tell she was embarrassed. Some guy was singing super loud on the patio..... The food is not good like the one in Orlando, the service is not good, the lady taking our order was acting like we were stupid and the atmosphere is just not it. Not to mention we couldn’t get a refund on the food.
Casey is by far the most attentive bartender I’ve seen in a while! She’s kind to every guest, has great drink recommendations, and always goes above and beyond for everyone!
