Brought in my 08 Mazda3 a while back for an issue I wasn't able to diagnose, was extremely noisy over bumps. They were willing to take a look for free, they had pretty much every employee in the place look at it. Couldn't figure it out said I should start with the brake pad hardware as it was maybe the issue. Impressed is an understatement. As a woman in my 20’s I’m always skeptical of mechanics trying to take advantage but I read the reviews on Jimmy’s and decided to try it out. Jimmy is the one who answered the phone when I called, they got me in within the hour to look at my car and sent me all the details of the repairs needed and called me to explain more thoroughly.
