Brought in my 08 Mazda3 a while back for an issue I wasn't able to diagnose, was extremely noisy over bumps. They were willing to take a look for free, they had pretty much every employee in the place look at it. Couldn't figure it out said I should start with the brake pad hardware as it was maybe the issue. Left and called back saying I'd like them to do the pads, said they would want to do a full brake job including rotors.
