Long wait time just to get my vehicle in to get worked on then had to pay a high price.
Your person was not engaged in my process at all. No one came to discuss any checks conducted on my car for additional service that maybe needed. I asked on my way out if I needed service on any other areas. He said I will need filters replaced on next oil change. I could have gotten them replaced with this oil change. I am still showing low oil in my app. I won't return to this location.
Seeing familiar faces when I get my car serviced at Jimmy Gray really builds trust. Not only that, it's more economical that most would think. Many think that it's cheaper to get their cars serviced at a certain retail store which just happens to have a automotive department but it's really not. By the time that retailer gets through tacking on charges, you could have been to Jimmy Gray's very professional service department for the same amount or less.
I took my car in for what should have been a simple part, and now my car is constantly shutting off and barely cranks. I have been trying to get this resolved for a month. They are, of course, saying something else is causing it to get more money. However, there is no reason for my car to start absolutely fine, and then all of a sudden, it doesn't.
