Long wait time just to get my vehicle in to get worked on then had to pay a high price.

Your person was not engaged in my process at all. No one came to discuss any checks conducted on my car for additional service that maybe needed. I asked on my way out if I needed service on any other areas. He said I will need filters replaced on next oil change. I could have gotten them replaced with this oil change. I am still showing low oil in my app. I won't return to this location.

Seeing familiar faces when I get my car serviced at Jimmy Gray really builds trust. Not only that, it's more economical that most would think. Many think that it's cheaper to get their cars serviced at a certain retail store which just happens to have a automotive department but it's really not. By the time that retailer gets through tacking on charges, you could have been to Jimmy Gray's very professional service department for the same amount or less.
