Took my ford to demmer to check brakes. When I returned to pick up the car they had lost the key and the brake petal went to the floor. Drove slowly to my regular mechanic who fixed bad brake lines. First visit and LAST visit to demmer ford. Fortunestely l went home to get a spare key. Did they offer to replace the key? NO. Take your vehicle to demmer at your own risk. John Callas'Dell Roderick and Greg Russell worked together to sell me an over priced 2014 truck. They said they would take care of me. I now feel like a first date who was gotten drunk used for sex and didn't get phone call the next day. I didn't realize how bad it was until I finally read all the paperwork a few days later. I started to write a full run down of my issues, then realized it was too long. After months I would say rather than being resolved, they wore me out.Bought a used Suburban on a Sunday before Thanksgiving. Picked it up on Tuesday night. Clean up guy wrecked it before I could take possesion. They promised to fix later. Took a week and finally a call to the GM, just to schedule repair, then over a week in shop.
