Always great service, Especially Mrs Garlock is who I call for all my questions.
As a lienholder it's very important we have good communication about our customer's insurance companies/agents. This agent stated it was against the law for her to let me know if a policy was active and if there were any drivers listed on the policy besides the primary. I personally have State Farm and have talked to all of our local State Farm agents regarding this. I have even looked up the insurance laws regarding this. She was 100% incorrect.
