I brought my 2004 Kirby G6 Ultimate Diamond Edition in for long-overdue maintenance. There's a bench-fee due at drop-off which goes toward any repairs (just like you pay for vehicle diagnostics). Jim called with diagnostics & cost for repairs a few days later. Got a new belt, belt-lifter, and a tune up and it's running like new again at my home a couple of weeks later! I gladly gave away the Shark Navigator I had been using while the Kirby was out of commission.
