Knowledgeable and helpful
Jim did a fantastic job on my Shark brand vacuum cleaner. It needed some replacement parts (ie: old cracked hose's and new filters) he requires a small down payment which comes off the final cost. He diagnosed the issues and then called me before proceeding with any work or alterations. I verbally agreed to the suggestions he had and when it was all done he called me to come get it.
