Well, he is probably the rudest, most condescending, and unprofessional person I have ever met. A comment he made after my mother’s passing (his own client) is one of the reasons people tolerate him but don’t respect him meaning in a small town there is little choice when it comes to attorneys. In that vein he was consulted by my father, despite numerous and repeated fair-warning, and then represents opposing parties in the same estate litigation which is a violation of State Bar Ethics.
