The staff is incredible at the High Point location! Always energetic cheerful, and helpful!
. The team here is great, but the facility is becoming unreliable. The vacuum suction is inconsistent at best. I came in today at 4 PM specifically to beat the snowstorm, only to find the vacuum section totally blocked off after I'd already gone through the wash. Tried calling for an update, but no luck. I actually just renewed my membership today, but after this, I don't think I'll be staying a member much longer
