I been taking my car through since 2019. I always heard a loud POP about halfway through the wash, it never caused damage. The last time I went through that POP was louder and dented my roof. Later I noticed another smaller ding. I can't go through there again. My car has never had a scratch and now roof needs repaired. I suggest everyone check the top of their midsized cars carefully. I can't be the only one.

After losing my check card I was given the choice of leaving by Nathaniel, he wouldn't give me his last name.- despite being blocked in - or being arrested. Only after sic'ing the local law enforcement on me did the employee ask the folks behind me to back up & let me out.
