Similar experience as Ernie, below. Their regional office issues cancellations by snail mail, without being able to provide any proof of notice as required by statute, and doesn't make the documents available online. No email or call. After finding out I was cancelled by FLHSMV I had to physically go to the insurance office to get my cancellation notice, and they still had to "email it to me later."
