My husband dropped his truck off for a diagnosis test yesterday evening for an 8:15am appointment today , service did not contact him or his warranty company until he physically pulled up to question why he hadn’t heard from them and why they refused to answer the phone . It’s been a full day and he has yet to receive a call back from the service dept , his warranty company has not received a phone call or claim , and on top of all of that — they are consistently lying about contacting them . David was the worst salesperson that we ever had and I have been buying vehicles since the late 70's. He was okay before the sale and I say okay for reason (1) when the truck shut off while he was getting a tag to test drive he said it will do that if sitting and idling to long, well it ran out of gas in the lot. I guess this is a good thing otherwise we would have been stranded on the side of the road and out of gas. He showed me an outlet on the front of the truck and he told us this was to plug in the engine block heater.... read more
