You need to get a better call back system there was no phone calls and no text on my phone when the car got done I showed up at 5:30 almost after closing for maintenance and the car had been done since 3:30

I had a vibration and roaring noise in my 2024 Jeep Wrangler...I took it to JB CJDJR to get looked at. Complete waste of time. They said it was tire noise. Then, after riding with me, said ok I hear it now, but I have to leave so bring it back next week. I take it back the following week, and same thing.....it's the tires and suspension causing the issue....but he never found what was vibrating.....never found the problem. Never took off a diff cover. Not even sure if he took off a tire. But hey.....for $604 they can adjust ... read more
They took my vehicle as soon as I arrived, and I was out the door less than an hour later. Everyone was pleasant to talk with, I felt very comfortable being there.
