1st advantage was a great realty company to work with! Victoria had our house listed, several offers the first day, and sold within a month; in and out like seal team 6 . Great communication and explained everything along the way. We will use the Gavins and 1st advantage for all our real estate needs. Thank you again !!

No waiting. With this busy world, I like working with someone where I don't have to wait. ALWAYS on top of everything I needed! If you want someone who knows his stuff and stays on top of everything, he's the one you want. Plus he has good people who work for him and with him for loan referrals/contractors and more that is needed to complete your home sale or buy.

Jimmy and his team helped us prepare our home for sale in spite of being unable to be in Hampton Roads for any part of the process due to Covid-19 response. His calm, confident and competent approach resulted in a very pleasant experience. With his help, we had a contract three days after listing and closed in less than a month. I can't recommend Jimmy and his team highly enough!
