Always fantastic service. Anytime I bring anything to Jimmis it gets fixed quickly And of course, dealing with the beautiful Jennifer is a bonus!!

Brought my bike in for a safety, they notified me within a few hours of a few deficiencies and how they could fix them. Very thorough, and super respectful when we chatted on the phone, as well as at the store front. They got parts ordered promptly and I had my bike back within 4 working days. They were I would 100% recommend, and will definitely be going back in the future if I need any work done.
Amazing customer service. Pete and his team do the best work and stand by their craft. I've been to many ok or even good mechanics in the past and Jimmos is hands down the best.
I highly recommend Jimmo's they are super friendly and do a great job. I didn't know we had such a great bike shop in Alliston... 10/10 would definitely recommend for all your vehicle, ATV, Snowmobile, Motorcycle needs
