Very professional and extremely knowledgeable, which is very much appreciated
The driver side power window was not working in the old pick up I received as a gift. Jimmie, within a few hours, took great care to rewire the power and replaced some of the broken/missing parts of the door's interior. We are new to the area and are grateful to know that whenever we need a repair, we can rely on Jimmie for an honest estimate, timely repair and a fair price.
Great work on both of our vehicles! We have a 23 year old vehicle we’re nursing along and are excited we found Ross Garage. Jimmie is fair, a straight shooter and is an expert with auto repair knowledge. If you want to get away from the dealerships, this is the place! We’ll be customers from here on out.
Jimmie was so helpful for us when our Prius had its ABS light turn on. He helped us fix it and then it broke down again and then he fixed it again and when he wasn’t able to fix it anymore, he didn’t charge us for the extra time he spent trying to figure it all out. We had a great experience and highly recommend his garage! We will be back again.
