Added a second vehicle to my policy in april. Called to let them know, spoke to Charlie, got a quote, and it was added that day and shown on the policy on the app. Got my plates and registration at the dmv. A month or so later I notice it was not on the policy, so June 8th I contact Jimi woodruff State Farm and Leah told me they forget to process the application and assured me they’ll fix it and back date it to the initial april date. Crazy that I haven’t left a review before because I have been with State Farm for 10+ years in addition to working as a multi-line agent for a short time in VA. So I understand the efforts it takes to be a friendly neighbor. My location (Jimi Woodruff) has always been impeccable. They have always been there for me.
