I'm a new patient of dr Benson an things seem good.
Pulled a muscle in my back; so much pain but didn't think it's urgent care worthy. 1st day: On hold 10 min to make an appt that no one answered, no v/m option. 2nd day: On hold 7 min to make an appt that no one answered, no v/m option. 3rd day: Finally someone answered only to NOT make an appt but to transfer me to a medical asst voicemail, which, surprise! No one responded to. 4th day: Was told by the appt taker that they could not get me in for 2 weeks & that they don't really deal with what's wrong with me in office. I'VE... read more
