I know. I too got my hair highlighted. Perfectly simple.I had healthy hair, just wanted some foils of blonde put in. My hair MELTED and broke off to the touch. It wasnt even the texture of hair. It all fell off. And this has NEVER happened at any other salon before. It was scary. My hair was sponge. SO not happy

I have brown hair.. and wanted to be very pale blonde.. but not brassy or golden. I brought pictures and they assured me they could do it. When it came out orange they blamed it on the lighting in the salon. When I came back the next day I just wanted my money back.. but they insisted I give Crystal the chance to fix her error. After 2 more hours at the salon.. it was no better. Jimi wasnt there when I left.. but I left a message asking him to call me.
