My son who has special needs broke me cabinet in half. I called Ashley at Jimenez Wood Products and they fixed it for me. They recommended a new cabinet but I told them I was on a tight budget so they fixed the original cabinet. They respond quickly and do really good work. Thank you so much
I don’t usually leave reviews but feel compelled to share my experience with Misael at Jimenez Wood Products. Unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating and disappointing process. I initially placed a deposit for a project, but I decided to cancel after several delays and unreliability. Since then, Misael has made small driblet payments toward my refund-deposit, but after a few payments, the payments stopped altogether. He still owes me money.
