I have worked with Jimenez Appliance for many years even when they were in Fort Myers. All Appliances I've purchased have been great and I've sent others there as well. We were having a problem with our fron load washer once and went there to see what he had and he told us how to check for error codes and if we got a certain one it was a circuit board. He gave the part number we needed and we fixed it ourselves. He is a very honest person and has advised us which brands/models are better than others. I would highly recommend... read more
MONTH-LONG NIGHTMARE (Only got $450 of the $600+ paid): Purchased a french door refrigerator for my mother. It arrived 2 hours past the latest time promised (not a big deal, but this was just the beginning of the journey). Once the refrigerator finally arrived, they installed it, powered it up (and carted away a perfectly good refrigerator). The next morning we discovered thawed and warm food and we lost all our food. I had purchased and entire kitchen set about one year ago and would like to share my POSITIVE experience. The stuff I purchased cost me about $1700 dollars delivered and has performed without fault. Parting out the appliance costs would have brought the total to at least $4K so it was a steel from him. Since then he has moved from FM to Cape Coral thus is much more accessible to my friends, of which I have given many recommendations. Do not buy from him he sells junk and the repair person he recommends is the same both rip offs....
My landlord had them drop off a fridge. Wen it arrived it was missing the freezer and refrigerator shelves for the door. He then asked if WE could pick them up ( during my 9-5 work week plus college classes). So when I finally found time to pick them up, try out had the freezer shelf. Needless to say ill never be doing business again.
