Dr. Jimenez is a wonderful doctor. She is a gifted at diagnosing, answers all questions in easily understood terms and has a pleasant "bedside manner." But, her support staff is irresponsible, disorganized, very forgetful and a serious liability to her practice. The staff simply doesn't follow through and full of excuses.
