They do my neighbor's yard maintenance, and when they pulled up today to work, had parked at an angle in the alley that we all use as primary access to our houses, garages, and parking. I walked over and politely explained that to them and the response was "you can all drive around the block" then proceeded to unload equipment and do thier work.
