Our vinyl double pane 1997 90x48 inch front window finally lost its glazing in the October windstorm of 2024. I saved it from falling out with suction cups inside, then waited for nicer weather. My patio door frame came apart and was separated from the glass portion. Wasn’t sure how to fix it and didn’t want to replace the entire door. I texted Jimenez Glass and he was able to provide an estimate over the phone after I sent him a couple of photos of the door. As others have indicated, Mr. Jimenez is busy on jobs so doesn’t respond to text right away.
