I rarely write reviews, but felt like I had to promote this company. I chose Velia and her staff because they are a family owned company, had great reviews and were responsive and friendly from the first person who answered the phone to the installers. We needed new carpeting because we were selling our house and wanted it to look nice. Velia is very personable and she came on a Wednesday with samples, and thoroughly explained all my options, suggesting the basic padding and carpet. Velia is amazing human being. she makes you feel so welcomed and will show you your best options based on your needs. prices are great. they have a big selection of floors not just carpet. im glad I came to Jimenez Carpets. they also replied prompt to the messages and have great contact with you to assure your project is moving along
Velia was great to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She said it would take 2-3 days to complete installing luxury vinyl planks in my entire house. That also included demolition and minor repairs. Due to my work schedule, she was really flexible with my installation dates. I was searching for a carpet company to install carpet in one of my rooms and came across Jimenez Carpet and Flooring and decided to try them due to all the 5 stars and good reviews they have. I am very happy with the results. I have two more rooms that need carpet, and I'm definitely going back with them. Employees are really professional. Pricing is affordable. I highly recommend them.
The process was smooth. The prices were reasonable. The quality is excellent. Velia gave me a great deal, and they finished the job in one day. I would DEFINITELY recommend family & friends!
