I initially called this company and had a great experience. Great customer service, speedy responses, and friendly individuals on the receiving end. Because of personal things happening like a home renovation, I couldn’t get carpet installed same month I called, but planned on it the following month. We had our carpet recently replaced with a hybrid laminate flooring (in 3 bedrooms and a Den) and are very satisfied with both the product and workmanship provided by Jimenez Flooring. The day of the installation, their team worked tirelessly to remove the carpet and get the flooring installed quicker than I had anticipated. I was referred by my neighbor and let me tell you, from the customer service, to the products and the installation along with everything else in between. All exceptional.
