Made a good job and we're very professional, Every thing was left super clean.
Staff and installer were very friendly. Price point was good too. My only complaint is that the young lady who helped us, gave us options for flooring and assured us it was somewhat waterproof. She knew we had a pet and a toddler. However, a few days into our new floor some of the planks started lifting. If we leave liquids for even ONE minute, the floor starts lifting. It’s not sustainable at all. We will likely have to replace in a few years. We would’ve gladly paid extra to get something more waterproof but I trusted her ... read more
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our carpet install (three bedrooms and three closets) went very smoothly, and two months later we’ve had no issues. The team was done with the installation in about 4-5 hours, so it was really fast. We will definitely be back for other flooring needs in the future.
