I was searching for a carpet company to install carpet in one of my rooms and came across Jimenez Carpet and Flooring and decided to try them due to all the 5 stars and good reviews they have. I am very happy with the results. I have two more rooms that need carpet, and I'm definitely going back with them. Employees are really professional. Pricing is affordable. I highly recommend them.
The process was smooth. The prices were reasonable. The quality is excellent. Velia gave me a great deal, and they finished the job in one day. I would DEFINITELY recommend family & friends!
They did our stairs and hallway for a rental property. They will definitely take care of you but they don’t send you an invoice to quote you so make sure to write down the agreement. That said, they didn’t mess up any of the floorboards and accepted payment via Zelle! They have an office too that you can visit to see the samples in person. They got us on the schedule quickly as well
