Poor service. I have appointment 7am. I waited to lounge for 4 hours for change oil. I notice the crowed were almost empty with the customer and I was still on lounge. I checked to see my advisor and I was told my car was still on being work on. I went back to lounge and I look back on my promise time of completion and shocked to see that my car will be done 4pm.
