I had called Jimenez Auto to get a quote on a EVAP Purge valve replacement for my 2017 Fiat 500L, Luis was very professional and emailed me a quote in less than a half hour. It was reasonable and let him know I would be in the next morning. I arrived and Luis took me in right away, I went and sat in his office to wait, after 10 minute he brought me out to the garage to show me that a broken fitting was actually the issue and not the purge valve, he suggested the he could just repair the broken fitting, so I said that would b... read more

Luis and his guys are great. Honest, affordable, and great communication every time I have an issue with my car. I would rather drive 15 miles from Austin to get my service done at Jimenez and get it done right than stay in town sland get charged double.
