Great experience from start to finish! The installation team was awesome! Very happy with our results! Easy to work with and on time! We would use Jimelle Flooring in the future!
We have used Jimelle for several projects, our first being laying new carpet in the house we purchased to replace the old. Second was laying new hard wood flooring to replace stained carpet downstairs, and third was most recently replacing the old hardwood in our house with new to match the others. We have nothing but good things to say about Jimelle-one of the projects with tearing up carpet showed uneven flooring underneath. Very impressed with Jimelle. I originally had LVP flooring installed by them a few years ago and ended up having some issues with it. Jimelle replaced the entire flooring, no cost to me. Big shout-out to Jennifer for being so helpful with the process and Gary and his crew for the installation. They are true professionals and put the customer first. I would recommend them to anyone needing new flooring.
Jimelle Flooring provided excellent customer service, their showroom in Auburn was clean and organized with all of the flooring samples I wished to see. The installation team was super professional and polite and all thr work was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Jimelle Flooring and will 100% be using them for future projects!
