Purchased a used tire from Jimbo’s Tires in Perris, California and had a very concerning and unsafe experience. I was originally quoted 65 dollars for a used tire. When I arrived, the price was changed to 70 dollars at the time of installation and I was told the reason was that the tire was “better quality.” Because it was raining, I was told to stay in the car and not get out, and I regret trusting that because I was never shown the tire before it was installed, even though the employee later claimed that I had inspected it... read more
Staff is extremely condescending, disrespectful and unhelpful they charge unnecessary random fees and then proceed to do nothing!!!! If you can DO NOT go here and go to an actual reliable tire shop that cares about the satisfaction of there costumers, clearly they don’t care about business!!! I sure hope that wasn’t a manager I spoke to cause if so wow such a good job at running a business 🤣 and if you take this down I will continue to repost it!
The manager that runs the place is great he knows everything that you need to know and he will go out of his way to help you he will not rip you off I've been going here for a long time
This place is no joke. Charges u to dispose tires installs new tire pressure gauge and charges $20 a pop when your already going to install anyways. And dosnt even calibrate them. $80 extra junk fees. Your not Sears bro
