Just found out that Jimboomba Smash repairs closing down, was booked in for June repair, already waited 2 months only to be told will need to go elsewhere, not surprising they are closing down - zero care factor, only a small job, could've been completed, pathetic time wasters !

The store person was very friendly and clearly explained the work done to the car. More than happy to answer our questions and took his time to explain in details. Attention to detail.
Do not recommend. Disgusting customer service from 3 employers. Lady was trying to blame lack of trades and suppliers when that wasn’t my complaint what so ever. Time management sucks, phone skills suck, communication between staff none existent, conflict resolution 0 out of 10. Assessment done 3-4 months ago took car in for repairs to be told no your claim was cancelled and we can only do another assessment. Was thrown a business card to call and figure it out myself.
