Dr Dev is an outstanding doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain clearly, and provide excellent care. Kay on reception is always warm, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. A practice that truly makes you feel valued and cared for!

Disgustingly rude receptionist today, my wife and our 6 month old baby arrived 8 minutes early to their appointment and was treated like rubbish by the receptionist because she wanted her to be there pricecly 15 mintues early to fill out a form. The doctor also refused to acknowledge my wife had a recurring ear infection and refused to give her a referral for a specialist and sent her home with a product that was solely for ear wax removal would have made her infection worse, as told to us by an actual doctor who demonstrate... read more
My mother is a pensioner. Without notice tried to charge her $140 while at her appointment for a drivers licence medical for dept of transport. She had been coming for years.Never charged before.They have lost their way. She was embarresses and couldnt afford it. Shame on you for not notifying her prior to arrival . TAMBORINE VILLAGE MEDICAL ARE A LOVELY TEAM. respectful and didnt charge my mother. Its a lovely drive as well. They have been my doctors for years. Now my mums too. She deserves to be treated better.
