The best optometrist experience I’ve ever had! Kristi and Matt are absolutely wonderful – warm, knowledgeable, and truly a credit to the community. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Lily at the front desk is fantastic too – friendly, efficient, and made everything so easy. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else – highly recommend Jimboomba Optometrist!
Extremely aggressive sales techniques, additional fees not discussed. I found the entire experience to be pushy and demonstrating a lack of customer care. Spoke to a gentleman today after being sent contact lenses that were not the ones I have worn for 20 years nor what I ordered, to be rudely told that they’re the same even though the name & packaging is completely different and I was NEVER advised that I would be receiving a different product.
