Walked in with broken frames and required new ones for work the next day. Walked out with new glasses and an extremely great price in 30 minutes. Service is absolutely amazing 11/10 Thank you I will be back for sure.
The entire team at Jimboomba Optometrists are awesome. Customer service is A+, nothing is ever too hard or a problem. From making bookings , ordering what you need, pricing & payment to collection & final fitting / checks. The staff are always smiley, polite, knowledgeable & willing to help. It’s not often you can say you had service and an experience in Optometrists but this lovely store is an exception! From a same day booking, an In-depth consultation to then shopping for new frames - the girls were bright, bubbly and always there to assist. An absolute pleasure of an appointment and I’m glad I was referred to Jimboomba Optometrists. B.
