Have been injured for a number of years, and these guys always go out of their way, to help me when ever I visit
I have been with Medicross since they were at Nth Maclean.I have always been happy with all the DR's & Front Staff at all times.
Dr Murphy is the best doctor I have ever had. He listens to the actual issues and actively seeks a solution. He clearly explains what's wrong, talks through the options, and answers questions. He has never said "well, at your age" or "well, you are overweight", or "you're just anxious, try to relax".
Very pleased with no gaslighting. Following up on concerns. Taking medical health seriously. Drs do expect to build a rapport first though, to have background understanding, which is fair, but sometimes not as easy to be heard for those who don't need the Dr as much.
