I have been to the centre twice now, and both times was very disappointed. They were not able to do what I booked in for due to the nurse not being available. This is despite me calling to book in advance and advising them of what I required and being told they had booked me a DR appointment and booked the nurse. Then I get to the DR and get told the nurse hasn't been booked and they can't do what I needed. Absolute waste of time, will never go back
The doctor Tendai was lovely, great bedside manner and super helpful and accommodating. Quick to attend and reception was efficient.
The team are terrific and thorough. Dr Railton has been a great Dr to me for the past five years. She was caring and compassionate especially after my husbands sudden death and now during my illness.
Such a gem of a place, from the brilliant, empathetic Doctor's to the lovely, kind Nurses and then the friendly, understanding and always helpful Receptionists! %100 Recommend this centre.
