Wonderful reception staff and fantastic doctors, definitely the best practice in Jimboomba currently.
Had a great experience at Jimboomba Medical Centre. Modern, clean facilities and barely any wait time, which is rare these days. The doctor was patient, took the time to actually listen, and answered all my questions properly rather than rushing me out the door. Plenty of parking too. Highly recommend if you're after a GP in the Jimboomba area.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism shown following my child’s vaccination yesterday. Today I called genuinely concerned about what appears to be an infection in my child’s left arm. The arm is swollen, red, and inflamed — completely different to the right arm, which was administered by another nurse who properly wiped the area prior to injection. I have been attending this practice, with my family, for at least 15 years and have seen the practice grow a lot in that time! What remains a constant is their care and attention to their patients, not only from the medical staff but also the admin staff. Reception staff are always friendly and always do what they can to assist, often under very busy and stressful situations and times! Horrible medical centre. The new nurse there seems to have very little knowledge. I booked my son’s 6-month vaccination a few days in advance through the receptionist, and they should have checked his due date properly at the time of booking. Anyway, we attended the appointment and were then told that we had arrived 3 days too early. This completely wasted our time.
