Have been attending this practise after multiple failed attempts at finding a good family doctor with my two young sons, and i cannot fault this practise what so ever, nothing but good experiences with doctors who actually care about mental and post partum health as well as your children’s health. Would recommend above anywhere I’ve been so far for small families, elderly and women.
Beautifully run practice by GP manager Joy who really cares about your concerns and constructive feedback. Very clean and modern facility, decor and furniture. The ladies at reception are also very lovely to deal with… if you are taking your children to the practice about something complex, highly recommend asking for a senior doctor when booking they are happy to accommodate.
Super disappointed in our experience with Dr Chin. All he did was use google, tell us things we already knew, refused to give us referrals to the relevant specialists that we asked for, instead he told us to book privately on our own. He didn’t have the growth chart thing most doctors normally have so he couldn’t tell us where on the chart our child’s weight / height was… he’s a nice guy but he seemed very lost in what he was doing. Basically our visit was a complete waste of time.
You guys r amazing thank u for always wonderful service even when the new system is driving u guys crazy you r all so welcoming and helpful when ever myself or my family come in for our appointments and Belinda on reception your smile and conversation goes a long way thanks guys 😊
I had Doctor appointment at 9:30. And they made me wait for 2 hours. So disappointed with the service. Every other patient went right on time. Even patients who came like 1 hours after me but they kept me waiting.
