we have been going to this surgery for approximately 2 years now, i confess we have never had a problem with the front office staff, even when very busy they have been courteous and polite. I cant speak for all doctors, but patients need to be a little more understanding, some patients have serious issues and the doctors need to spend a little more time with them - -or - -the doctors need to urgently arrange further help by arranging appointments with specialists or hospitals!!!
