David and Jenny are lovely people. Communication is important to me, and it often makes or breaks me proceeding with a contractor. Jenny was delightful. She answered all the questions she could, and promptly got back to me with a time for David to come out to my home to quote. David arrived on-time for the quote, provided a price, hung around to chit chat for a couple of minutes, and was on his way. This is important.
