First impressions, I cannot recommend Jimboomba Automotive highly enough. From the first conversation they were easy to talk with and listened attentively, showing real interest and understanding when I explained the service and maintenance issues I was having. Their diagnostic was thorough and their service options were comprehensive, and they always spoke to me at a level I could understand rather than talking over my head. They come across as genuinely trustworthy and consistently go the extra mile to explain things prope... read more

The staff at Jimboomba Automotive, especially Daina, were lovely and very easy to deal with. She patiently answered all my questions, and the final price matched the original estimate. The job was completed on time, and I was able to wait comfortably in their waiting room while my car was being worked on. Daina was graceful, kind, and genuinely pleasant to deal with — it’s rare to come across people like that these days. Reasonable prices and excellent customer service overall.

I get 2 cars serviced here and find the business very good. Car is always ready on time and I haven’t had any issues. I had an emergency a few months ago and a the car wouldn’t drive so had it towed here and they fitted it in and had it back in a couple of days. Yes, I recommend Jimboomba Automotive.

We have been taking our Hyundai car to Hyundai Beaudesert for 7 years for a service . We were not happy with the attitude of the staff so we looked for somewhere else., We are so pleased we discovered Jimboomba Automotive , it’s a small family owned garage the team of staff are so friendly , we are so happy with the service and the price . They have definitely got our custom from now on

My car broke down and RACQ found the battery and alternator were buggered. As a new resident to JimTown they recommended Jimboomba Automative and it was a great recommendation. They were able to fit my car in straight away and were able to replace the alternator and battery, gave it a service and it is now like new. Highly recommend for any work needed.
