Sushi to perfection, trying not to admit it was the best I've had but I'm also from NY.
We got a half baked roll, a tuna lovers roll, and some torched salmon belly nigiri. It was incredible. Well worth the trip from Orcas to Friday Harbor for some sushi!
10/10/10/10 this was so tasty. Kelly took such wonderful care of us and kept the food coming. Suggest ordering many items and sharing them around, start small and keep ordering as they’ll bring them out super fast!! Unagi was to die for, garlic edamame went so hard, karage was delicious and I think we ordered around 4 orders of salmon and tuna sashimi. Can’t get enough, will be back. Suggest getting a reservation though, we went on a not too busy day and were just able to sneak in with 5!
We went after 3 hours of whale watching dreaming about the ramen we would eat to warm up… We ordered a cucumber salad, overpriced in my opinion but very tasty. Also ordered nigiri sushi, shrimp and eel, shrimp was okay eel was delicious. Negative that never brought us wasabi and pickled ginger with it. Then the bowls of Shoyu ramen appeared, at first sight the meat was a bit disappointing and smelled burnt, but it was tender at least.
