I have recently changed my State Farm agent because of issues with Jim Young. His staff is great, but when I have to deal with Jim, I tend to get the run around. I feel like he tells me what I want to hear without actually fixing the problem. In fact, he was overcharging me for over a year, and when I emailed him about it, he kept emailing me back with lines like "***, take care of this for her," but no one was every CCed on the messages. Always friendly, helpful, and informative. No upselling just catering to the needs you have stated. They also check in every once in a while to see if anything has changed. Been with them since 2016 no problems at all.
