Terrible customer service. Would not return phone calls and when I finally scheduled a service call they did not show up.

these guys know laundry equipment .. plus they just take care of you.. i have such an amazing respect for both their customer care and their work ethic.. i oversee two hotels in the city and i am blessed to have had them recommended to me.. definitely top notch service from top notch technicians
