On a Saturday, over a holiday weekend, my car was in an accident and totaled. I went onto the Xamis Ford website and found a 2022 FORD Escape that I liked. Ellen Ackerman had the car ready for me to test drive on Monday morning. I drove my new car off the lot that day. We loved the curtious and friendly service. John, our salesman was awesome...he went through all the features of our new Ford Escape Titanium, so we would be comfortable on the very first drive. They only reason I didn't give a 5 stars rating was we had to wait over an hour to complete our finance transaction with that person...they had tripled booked and we had to wait for "our turn".
