Well, as far as the service, i have no problem with it they get you in and out my last visit I picked up my car It was smelling like poop and musk, it was in my seats smh It wasn't like that when I brought it in for service. Before leaving the lot, I had to wipe them with clorox wipes that was crazy...

Jim Winn VW service department has given my cars superb care for many many years, but this week Allan and Tyler went above "above and beyond". I was locked out of my VW Eos and Allan provided "comfort" and "cognitive therapy" in addition to expertise, to help me locate my extra key. What a lovely, gracious, kind, skilled man.
