update... kitchen floor is now buckling and seperating...have some of the holes for the ceiling lights are bigger than the light fixtures ...called to come check the lights and he said he would call when he's on his way, still haven't heard from him yet!!! Easy to work with… Love the finished Project…
They installed our LVP last summer and it’s buckling. Had the manufacturer inspect it and found that JW did not properly install a moisture barrier as well as the baseboards installed with not enuf gap between the floor and baseboards. He is now ignoring my messages all together. Also, had him do some remodel/texture work and it was a nightmare! He will also slander you on social media if confronted or say he doesn’t know you. Would never recommend

I contacted them to totally renovate a powder room which had wallpaper Jim Williams had been painted. Also laminated hardwood floor, old pedestal sink so this was a very tired look. The Jim Williams came in and completed all work in 3 days. Stripped wallpaper, torn out flooring and replaced with tile, installed new floating vanity and LED mirror. I have to give a shoutout to project manager Jim Williams for doing an outstanding job. The tile work done by Herman was exceptional. I originally asked for a wet room bath & shower design, and Jim not only delivered on my request, but also enhanced the features, giving me a bathroom that belongs in a million-dollar home. Thank you, Jim!
