I referred a family member to this firm. After the client complied with everything the paralegal requested, nothing was done for approximately 3 months. Final bill for wasting all this time, was ridiculous. No apology, only excuses.

Although, I didn't currently have a need for representation, I would recommend the firm based on Mr. Black's honesty and kindness.
