I love the customer service here and prices they have! They’ve been servicing all my cars and my husband’s cars long before I knew him lol but since I moved up from Montgomery and not having 1 a bmw dealership close by and Mercedes Dothan forget it lol and 2 convenience of course only a half a mile from my house! Got a nail stuck in my tire on my way to work in Troy, stopped in to see if I was able to get it fixed and was helped immediately. The wait time and customer service from everyone was amazing, will be back in for other services!
I pulled in 5 minutes to close on a Friday night (Valentine's night) with a nail in my tire and they did not hesitate to get right on it. These guys "nailed" it! Jordan and Nathan were so nice and helpful.
I want to thank jim whaley tires of ozark,AL and Mitch Lowery for their excellent customer service. I went in for a flat repair and I was in and out in 15 minutes.
