Usually mechanics are sneaky. These people were fair and hard working. Vehicle situations can be frustrating and they handled everything fair.
I don’t like it when some companies that tries to take your money because you are a woman. I recently went to Jim Whaley to get some work done, they told me that it was a four hour job but took an hour and a half possibly two hours. They literally charged me for three and a half hours for labor. They have an airhead working there named Clayton who promised to get someone to come to my house 12 mins away and pick me up so I could pay and retrieve my truck. This was on Wednesday afternoon. He said I will call you first thing in the morning to arrange a ride well not only he didnt call it was his day off. Completely disgusted spent 5k for 2 jobs but yet they couldnt inconvenience themselves to drive 12 minutes to pick me up.
Place tried to overcharge me for fixing car and parts for over 3,000 took it to dealership plus breaks 929. They overcharge for services
Went there at the end of 2023 they charged almost 2000 dollars for front end work and so we bought 4 new tires for 1300 dollars but because of the shorty mechanic work it's eating the front tires off my truck and this is after a front end alignment which was more money oh well just another Ozark Alabama business I won't be doing anymore business with I'll go to Ozark tire or even Walmart from now on can't get any worse than Whaley's.
