This dealership is a complete rip off. Took truck to get tires that were only a year old to be balanced. They originally had balancing beads in them and was going to get those removed and wheel weights put on. I talked to a rep named Josh and he said no problem. After an hour he called and said the first tire they tried to remove "tore" and couldn't be fixed. I went ahead and agreed to new set of tires that were way overpriced. Called about getting a tire patched everything was ok till I showed up after driving 30 minutes and they told me I had too many “DRY ROT” cracks on my tire that they wouldn’t attempt a flat repair I had to purchase a new tire…… normally I would think they were just looking out for the customer, till I went to multiple other shops that said they see absolutely no reason that the tire could not be repaired. Guess they really just needed to sell a $200 tire 🤷🏻♂️ how about be honest with customers
I paid for work and spent over $2000 and the parts I paid for and the work done wasnt done. I now am told those parts wasnt changed at all. This shop is not trustworthy. Consumer beware!!!
NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE unless your ready to spend thousands told them not to touch the car I would pick it up in morning to take it somewhere else they blatantly went ahead and started on it the next day overcharging me thousands there the worst shop in Marianna would never go here again
Brought my Infiniti M37X here for an alignment after changing lower CA, I was warned that my tie rods were rusted and that they needed to heat and lube them to attempt adjustments which still may not work. Well 30 mins later they walked in like a champ and told me my alignment has been fixed! Previous shop (cobb) quoted me $206 to replace one tie rod due to it being bent (it wasn't bent) and the alignment, when Jim was honest and charged me $90 without swapping parts. Difference between a part swapper and a mechanic.
