Ran into car troubles on the way home from vacation. AutoZone said it was one thing, I came in and they were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed so I could be on my way again, without having to spend a night there. 5 minutes after the AC wasn’t working, I called them, they said to bring it back even though they were closing. I went in on a busy Friday, asked if they had time to mount and balance four tires on bare freshly powder coated steel wheels. They agreed they would finish them up and call me, they didn't finish by closing. The following morning I called again and they assured me they would call when finished. Fast forward a couple hours and they call and state the tires and wheels were mounted balanced and ready to go. Doesn't even deserve one star take a truck there for lifter job get the truck back weeks later witch is fine but it has a ticking noise and was told to keep driving by Ashton after I sent videos of the sound that same day I got my truck out the shop take back the next day told a vac pump went out how does it go out when it's been there for weeks.. What an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE business! My car started running hot so I took it up here! About 30 minutes later they informed me I needed a radiator hose, a cooling fan, & a thermostat! Said it would be over $1000 to get my car out die to my fan being damaged when my hose busted! I asked them to put it to the side and I would let them know what i was gojng to do!
