Went in for an oil change and inspection. Most went fine. When he tried to sell me an engine oil "conditioner" because my oil was 'dirty' was a little rediculous. Of course my oil was a little dirty, it had 5000 miles on it and was there to get it changed. I asked for a quote for new tires. Over $3000 installed. They want OVER $500 per tire, plus almost $1000 in fees. I can buy them all day long, ANY day online with free shipping for $240 each.
