I am sooooooo grateful for the service I received from Jim Whaley Tires in Enterprise, AL(Geneva Highway). They went above & beyond their duties to make sure my car was taken care of!!!!!!! I had a life & death situation regarding my vehicle. I had came later in the day & the work that my car needed was going to take a good while to finish. Mind you I did not have an appointment & they had cars before me, but they rallied together to get my car done. Passing through from Kentucky to Florida and had a rear track bar snap in half near closing time. They had the part delivered that was 45 mins away and they stayed open for an additional 45 minutes to fix my truck to get me back on the road. I would highly recommend them!
I’ve been searching for a shop to handle an alignment for my lowered car since moving here last year. Andrew was so helpful from the first time I called them, we talked about what camber best fit my driving style and all the things I needed done. I brought new wheels to mount and balance and CV axle to replace. I had difficulty when I got home getting my old lug nuts off of my car so I brought it back.
