I have to edit this; I took my Moreno back here on the first of July 2026. Needed an oil change and tire rotation. My tire maintenance light was on. Well they said I needed new rotors and brake pads (which I am not sure now if I needed them). $698.00 dollars later I left. I drove my car at least 10 miles and my tire maintenance light was still on. I went back to Jim Whaley’s for them to get it reset and they told me that I needed to drive it more and it would go off. They did a price match for me, worked me in, did a good inspection, and coordinated with me on an alignment, including a rebalance. These Michelins on my Expedition ride like butter!
Had a great experience! Took less then an hour for the team to check what was wrong and replace the battery in my car!
I was very satisfied with the service in getting my daughter’s 2010 Hyundai Elantra’s A/C back working before the real summer heat comes ! They were very courteous and professional !
