Good place for tires. I would get a second opinion before replacing parts. They will sell you things that don’t fix the problem.
I'm from Huntsville and I was in Dothan to visit my in-laws for the Thanksgiving holiday. My Ford F-150 died abruptly and would not start the Wednesday before the holiday. At the sugesstion of my mother-in-law she told me to call Jim Whaley Tires. I called at 12:30pm and described my situation. Thank you for a great experience, Jim Whaley Tires! I went in because I had a tire that was leaking air. It turns out that one tire had 2 nail holes! My car was serviced very promptly and the employees even brought out coloring books and markers to entertain my 3 small children. On top of everything, I wasn't even charged for my tire repair! It made a big impact on me and thank you for making this experience the best it could possibly be.
The entire staff took what could have been a hard situation and made the repair very easy; I was in and out in 10 minutes with a tire that went from flat, to fabulous. <3 Thank you Brandon and the rest of the Whaley team!
Affordable tire patch after running over a nail, pretty quick even though they were busy. Their customer service was even more impressive, really above and beyond and did more than they had to. Would recommend.
