Absolutely blown away by the incredible service I received from Brandon O. at the Jim Whaley- Dothan west location - across from Flowers. In a time when true customer service can be hard to come by, Brandon reminded me what it looks like to go above and beyond for someone in need. Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable!! Johnathan was a gem and kept me informed of what was happening with my car!! The mechanic was so knowledgeable and efficient!! Thanks to the whole crew!!
I am so glad we decided to visit this location. The environment, friendly service, and excellent work they have done on our vehicles is invaluable. We have found our go to shop for all of our vehicles needs, and feel confident in not only their work, but that they truly care about the customers.
All of the guys were extremely helpful, especially Brandon!! Took my vehicle to two other mechanics due to a sound it was making and was told that my strut was going out and would be 500$ to replace but nothing else was found..the guys at Jim whaleys found the problem within minutes (a loose piece of plastic in fender well) and also helped with another issue on my vehicle, amazing customer service!! They have earned me as a customer!!
