A little longer than expected, but great work takes time.
Jim Whaley believes in making things right for your vehicle. I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago unfavorably and the manager called to make things right. They have always been my go to repair company for my vehicle and the fact that they were willing to take another look at my vehicle proves they care.
I've been using this shop for 12 years. Never had any problems at all. Great service and great staff. Recommend to anyone.
In the past I have always had great things to say about Jim Whaley but today I’m writing this review because it hurts to know I don’t trust the work that was performed on my car a couple weeks ago. I had my power steering pump and track and pinion replaced even though I was told by Firestone the rack and pinion didn’t need replacing but because I trust Jim Whaley I was like ok. $2400 with tire rods replaced and alignment I thought my vehicle would be good to go.
