I've been with Jim Waters insurance since the early 80's off and on, and now for the last 20 years or so straight. Always friendly, always gave good advice on coverage and always willing to go to bat for you with the insurance company. Some days I have to admit that Terri is my hero!
Quoted 414$ for moped insurance when I went somewhere else with the same carrier was only 110$ plus added extra coverage for additional 15$. The lady doesn't like to pick up the phone at the desk when I called a couple times in the same day also no call back. She needs to be replaced. ASAP!
Teri is always super helpful and caring every time she's worked with me. In my experience she advocates for her clients' best interests.
